The Framework Community Board  report on agreed indicators that will enable the performance of the framework to be measured adequately both across the Suppliers, MHA + members and against national indicators.

The use of a 360° feedback proforma will be used across both Lots. We have made these interactive so can be completed with ease

The PSP 3 suppliers will agree proposals for developing and supporting learning, training and development and supporting social value.

The above indicators will be reported to the Framework Community Board on a quarterly basis.
