We incorporate social value principles into our frameworks in a number of ways including a requirement that each scheme assesses how it contributes to delivering social value. This ensures that all contracts fulfil both PPN 6/20 for PCR 2015 and PPN 002 for PA 2023. The provision of standardised data (for commissioners and MHA+ suppliers to use) for schemes – to evidence social value ”outputs” to meet their social value policy themes and outcomes.

There has been regular monitoring of the MHA+ building social value priorities (set in 2021, refreshed 2023) that have been achieved for Medium Schemes Framework (MSF) projects – captured on the MSF bsv priorities tracker/spreadsheet.
