The webinar highlighted how a visible culture, demonstrating ESG attributes, can help secure Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) candidates to fill vacant posts.
Matchtech joined with Foothold, a wellbeing charity for people working in the engineering and technology sectors, to host a 30-minute webinar on the free wellbeing support and resources available.
Matchtech joined with STEM Futures recruitment to provide MHA+ members with an employability skills programme. This is a series of bite-sized online workshops, each under 30 minutes long, hosted on Vimeo. Each session is packed with easy-to-use tips and techniques.
