Carbon Literacy training

This free course has been created to support the new Carbon Calculation and Accounting Standard (CCAS) for Local Highway Authorities (LHAs), and is available directly from the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (CIHT) and the Future Highways Research Group (FHRG).

We continue to work with CIHT, and have made their other Carbon Literacy Training modules available free to MHA+ members:

  • Carbon Literacy: accounting (1 hour CPD), from CIHT.
  • Transport decarbonisation: introduction (1 hour CPD), from CIHT.

You can request to complete these modules through the MHA+ Learning Management System (LMS). We’ll manage the CIHT registration process for you.

If you don’t have an MHA+ LMS account, and want to complete these learning modules, register for an MHA+ LMS account.

If you already have an MHA+ LMS username and password, log in to your MHA+ LMS account, select the learning tab, then choose the module you want. We’ll manage your request from there.
