Resilience, Efficiency and Carbon Steering Group

The Resilience, Efficiency and Carbon Steering Group (RECSG) is MHA+’s renamed and expanded Carbon Steering Group, reflecting the growing importance of resilience and efficiency alongside carbon reduction in the highways sector.

The group keeps members informed about relevant work by government and organisations including the Future Highways Research Group (FHRG), the Local Government Association and ADEPT, and shares good practice and innovation across these areas.
