The Midlands Highway Alliance (MHA) has been awarded the Team Achievement Award at the Institution of Civil Engineers East Midlands Merit Awards 2016.
The MHA entry showcased its successful Professional Services Partnership 2 (PSP2) Framework. The partnership with AECOM Waterman started in April 2015 and through a combination of strong leadership, performance management and detailed business planning, is on track to exceed some of the previous partnership’s outcomes.
