Learning event description
This is a bespoke MHA learning event – that has been evaluated and further developed with ICE, to support MHA members who are undertaking the project sponsor role. The updated content takes account of Project 13 Highways England Project Control Framework and NEC4.
The event will again be delivered by David Harrison, who provides specialist services to the construction industry. David has designed and delivered a range of learning on behalf of Thomas Telford (ICE), including their project management, partnering, alliancing and collaborative working

- two stage delivery
without crossing the line into micromanagement
Target audience
Managers who are undertaking the project sponsor role; managers who want to develop additional project skills; managers who need to understand the role of the project sponsor.
