Monitoring and evaluation

The MHA+ learning management system (lms) is one of the digital platforms that have been commissioned to incorporate an extended membership with ease, for our members to access a range of learning, training and development content;  information to register for a MHA+ lms learner account.

The lms creates an individual learner account that enables the MHA+ learner to access virtual learning content, workshop and face-to-face workforce development event, including the MHA+ Annual Event.

Learners can amend their account, if they change job/change employer (and the new employer is a MHA+ member or supplier ) to keep their MHA+ accounts and CPD history.

We monitor and evaluate the lms, products, outputs and users

Evaluation

All learners complete a quantitative evaluation of their skills, knowledge and confidence pre and post learning events, as well as provide a range of qualitative feedback on their learning experience post-learning event  – providing perspectives/evidence which we use to refine content, and commission learning & development. MHA+ provides a range of workforce development products to MHA+ members free of charge – we measure the savings achieved by our commissioning of the learning and development content. See the MHA+ commissioned ”products” savings to date – as at March 2026
