SIG efficiencies and benefits

The Efficiencies and Benefits log began in 2009 to capture feedback from Midlands Service Improvement Group task group members.

Over the years, members have recorded entries covering a wide range of efficiencies, improvements and benefits linked to taking part in what are now MHA+ Service Improvement Groups.

The log has two tabs. The “Master Copy” tab shows full details of each entry, including the authority, task group, efficiency or improvement, and its impact. The “Graphs” tab shows which task groups and authorities are logging the most benefits from taking part.
