NEC 4 : Using X22 Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) clause
We have developed this bespoke half-day event both to develop expertise in using X22 and support the delivery of MHA+ Medium Schemes Framework (MSF). Tim Knee- Robinson (NEC 4 drafter) will be the expert content provider, alongside MHA+ MSF framework manager, John Hooper.
By the end of this event you will be able to:
- Identify what is ECI?
- Understand why use ECI?
- Know how can ECI be used?
- Use the MHA+ selection process
Alongside this content, you will be provided with an X 22 overview; provided with case studies that identify lessons learned and take part in an open forum with our member authorities and MSF suppliers.
Target audience
This event is designed for those working with the ECC form of nec contract including:
• project and contract managers
• supervisors
• quantity surveyors
• commissioners
• framework suppliers
• contractors and their supply chain
The venue will meet all COVID-19 safety recommendations, including a more ‘spaced’ seating set-up.
