This is a one day workshop covering the practicalities of applying some of the collaborative management processes that are an essential part of the ECC.

Delegates will be provided with invaluable practical guidance on managing an NEC3 ECC Option C contract within the Midlands Highway Alliance  Framework.

It is recommended that participants complete Introduction to the Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) virtual learning course 2016 prior to booking themselves onto this learning event.
