MHA Funding Workshop – for members of MHA Executive and Programme Boards

Event Description

At the beginning of the PSP2 framework we held a workshop that helped to identify issues that needed to be included in the PSP2 business plan. One of the issues identified was potential methods to maximise funding.

Accordingly, this Funding Workshop will assist in identifying how the public/private sectors can work together to leverage additional funding by looking at risk sharing. It will

• Look at what Highway Authorities are able to do in terms of risk sharing
• Look at what the commercial risks would be for the provider
• What opportunities there are to share risk
• What are the risks.
• What are the benefits’
