MHA+ Day to Shape the Future

The MHA+ Day to Shape the Future will be taking place on Wednesday 4 February 2026 from 10am-2pm.

The morning session will set the scene by exploring the current landscape of local government reorganisation, projections for the future of local authorities, and the evolving role of MHA+. We are pleased to include a series of insightful presentations from expert speakers during this part of the day.
A lunch break will be provided, offering an opportunity to network and share perspectives.
In the afternoon, we will focus on collaborative discussions around key challenges facing local authorities. This will be an interactive session designed to brainstorm practical solutions and innovative approaches to address these issues collectively.
All local authorities are welcome and strongly encouraged to participate in shaping the future together.
